Refund Policy of SteBook Hub

At SteBook Hub, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our business and the fact that all our products are delivered digitally, our refund policy is subject to the following terms:

1. Digital Products

  • All products sold through SteBook Hub are digital-only (eBooks, guides, online courses, or similar resources).

  • Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link or access details have been provided, the sale is considered final.

  • As digital products cannot be “returned,” refunds are generally not available.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund, reshipment, or product exchange in the following cases:

  • Product not delivered: If you did not receive the product due to a technical error or system failure.

  • Defective product: If the file is corrupted, inaccessible, or cannot be downloaded properly.

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

Refund requests that fall under these categories must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days.

4. No Guarantees on Results

Our digital products are designed to provide value, guidance, and education. However, as results vary from person to person, we do not provide refunds based on personal expectations or outcomes.
